Refund Policy

Downloadable images are not refunded. The reason is because we give you full access to download the digital images you purchased. If however the download is corrupted, we reserve the right to attempt another download of the image.

Photographs, in cases where the photograph is in perfectly good condition, then refunds are at our discretion.

Ans. All prints are shipped via a reputable photographic retailer with 48hrs. We place the order within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.

Ans. Yes, all the prints come with a border.
